Yarn Preparation

Raw yarn cones are rewound on precision winders to the exact tension and package size required by the knitting machine. Yarn clearing removes thick/thin faults and splices joins invisibly.

Circular Knitting

Yarn is fed into circular knitting machines where rotating needles form the sock tube stitch by stitch. Speed, needle count, and cylinder diameter determine gauge, size range, and output rate.

Toe Closing (Linking)

The open toe of each knitted tube is closed by a linking machine that joins stitches loop-to-loop. Automatic toe-closing eliminates the most labour-intensive step and produces a premium, flat seam.

Boarding & Heat Setting

Socks are pulled over shaped aluminium forms and passed through steam-heated boarding chambers. This sets the final shape, softens the hand-feel, and stabilises the dimensions permanently.

Quality Inspection & Packaging

Vision systems scan each pair for defects and auto-reject faulty socks. Approved pairs are then automatically paired, folded, labelled, and packed — ready for retail or e-commerce distribution.
