Spinning & Yarn Preparation

Cotton is spun into high-quality warp and weft yarns using ring or open-end frames. For authentic denim, the warp yarn undergoes specialized preparation for indigo dyeing.

Indigo Warp Dyeing

Warp yarns are dyed using rope or slasher dyeing ranges with multiple indigo dips and oxidation steps. This creates the characteristic deep blue with a white core that fades uniquely over time.
