How These Machines Work Together

Great prints depend on every stage working in harmony: a well-made screen, the right printing method, quality inks and proper curing. Texlink helps you choose, source, and integrate the complete printing line, not just individual machines.

Not sure which printing method fits your business? Screen, digital, DTF and sublimation each suit different volumes, fabrics and designs. Our engineers will help you choose the right mix of machines for your products, order sizes and production targets.

1

Screen Preparation

Screen mesh is stretched to the correct, even tension, then coated and exposed to transfer the artwork onto the screen. Accurate screens are the foundation of sharp, well-registered prints.

Choose Your Printing Method

Every product and order is different, so Texlink offers four printing methods:
Screen printing for high-volume runs with bold, durable colours
Digital and direct-to-fabric printing for detailed, full-colour designs without screens
Single pass printing for high-speed industrial fabric production
DTF and sublimation printing for vibrant transfers, sportswear and polyester fabrics

Curing & Drying

Printed fabric passes through a tunnel dryer, where controlled heat cures the ink so it bonds properly with the fabric, giving prints their wash-fastness and long life.
